The Main Goal of the Program

The enriched STAY Program aims to provide a comprehensive, multi-faceted approach to suicide prevention among youths.

Curriculum

This program is to provide youths with a clear understanding of THEIR POWER and a proclamation of what they are carrying inside of them to help them in arriving at an expected end. The idea of the program is to give an understanding of THEIR PROVISION provided for and within each individual to be utilized when faced with difficulties that may trigger thoughts of a pre-mature and self-inflicted ending.

Module 1: Life’s Purpose Fundamental 100

This module introduces participants to the concept of life's purpose from both a natural and spiritual perspective. It explores how personal identities and roles within the larger community contribute to a sense of meaning and direction in life. Participants are encouraged to reflect on their unique talents and how these can be aligned with their life's purpose, underpinned by the role of spirituality in understanding and fulfilling this purpose.

Module 2: Understanding the Power of Self-Discovery 100

Focusing on self-awareness, this module guides youths through the journey of self-discovery, emphasizing the importance of self-esteem and personal strength. Emotion relates to the complex psychological state involving an individual's thoughts, feelings, and physiological changes that influence behavior. "How do you think?" in relation to emotion focuses on the cognitive aspects of emotional experiences, such as how one's thoughts interpret and give meaning to feelings, the awareness and regulation of emotions, and how thought patterns affect emotional well-being.
